Operations Analyst (f/m/d)

For our client, an asset manager specialised in alternative investments, we are currently looking for an Operations Analyst (f/m/d) to support the operations team located in Luxembourg City. The position is a direct, permanent employment.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the investment administration and day-to-day management of debt portfolios
- Relationship interface for multiple parties, including investors, local service aswell as internal departments across the group
- Part of a small and dynamic team located in Luxemburg and Frankfurt, reporting to its sub-team head as well as the Head of Operations
- Ensure the implementation of portfolio management decisions and ongoing maintenance processes relating to alternative investment portfolios, especially with respect to: loan on-boardings, corporate actions and restructuring and reconciliation of loan cashflows
- Monitor and prepare note valuations and ensure all payment obligations to noteholders are met
Your profile
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar positions in the financial services industry, preferably with an asset manager or fund administrator
- Demonstrable working knowledge of capital markets, in particular with respect to the Securitization law of Luxembourg and administrative servicing of asset management portfolios
- Reliable self-starter with an independent work attitude as well as exceptional organisation and coordination skills, project management skills would be advantageous
- Commercial judgment with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, with a strong focus on results and outcomes
- Keen perception, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
