Multi Project Manager (m/f/d)
Frankfurt a.M.
For our client, an international bank, we are currently looking for a Multi Project Manager (m/f/d). The position is permanent and the corporate title is vice president.

Content of the role
- Project planning & structuring incl. identification and documentation of processes, system changes and timescales required to introduce changes and ensure the correct governance of the change process, milestone planning and prioritization
- Workstream management including 1) Run periodic meetings, 2) Summarise actions and follow-ups, 3) Track deliverables, 4) Ensure quality of results, 5) Ensure cross-workstream coordination
- Management of PMO activities such as tracking and analysing relevant regulatory communications and updates across EMEA and work with SME/s and end users to understand and
document the practical implications for all associated systems and processes - Project reporting: preparing necessary materials and presentations for steering
committees and working closely with the SME/s - Project documentation and communication: ensure the regular update on the following reports: weekly Project Status reports, RAID log, Mid-level Plan, Budget control, Sufficient workstream documentation, also to support external and internal auditing of the project

Requirements
- Very good knowledge and experience of financial services, markets and banking activities and the surrounding regulatory framework
- Prior experience of successfully delivering complex multidimensional regulatory change projects within financial services
- Sound understanding of corporate objectives and ability to align change with the business strategy as far as possible
- Ability to lead rather than manage, to set the vision for the project, gain team and organisational buy-in, anticipate and resolve conflict, motivate, negotiate and coach so that project objectives are met
- Strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy in offering challenge
- Proven understanding of effective team building and team management skills
- Practical and willing to get involved in tasks, when necessary, to ensure objectives are achieved
- Able to produce gap analysis/requirements, workflows and highquality business requirement documents covering current and future state proposals
- Expertise in banking products, prior experience of providing regulatory analysis and business requirements documentation
- Expertise in interpreting regulatory requirements in particular EMIR, MIFIR & SFTR (trade and transaction reporting) highly advantageous
